    it isn't bad once rush hour is over the stupidity subsudes a little. it is still better on the west side

    i go to school in philly, and there nice places that i wouldnt mind staying out til 5am... then there are some places i wouldnt be caught outside at 1:00 in the afternoon. (for example, VAC fucking motorsports... shittiest hood in the city)

    I live in an extremely quiet, historic district and I havent seen a bum on my street in almost a year. It's really quite nice.

    I actually grew up in San Fran, right across the street from the old Valencia Gardens Housing Projects on 15th street, between Guerrero and Valencia.

    Stockton and Richmond are the two worst places I've been to.

    Richmond has one of the highest per capita murder rates in the US

    Stockton is just depressing as well as crime ridden.
