Holy shit, only one other Steelers fan? Rothy had a shit season last year after his accident and fights with recievers. I do think they have regrouped and will be a showing of force this season. Although, I am waiting to see what is going to happen with the possibly sale of one of the last family owned teams...will it lead to a lackof motivation?

Just so you fuckers know... DeSean Jackson wins Rookie Of The Year. Thats such an awesome field, Qwest is. Even with shitty seats, youre right there on top of the players. New stadiums in the making should take some inspiration from that.

I went to the Hawks preseason game against Chi-town on Saturday. I bought tickets at the last minute, so they were near the top of the damn stadium.

Our third string looked pretty good... for a third stringer. Perhaps he played well enough that Mike Holmgren will let Seneca Wallace play some receiver/returner.

I ran in to this guy while I was working at my mom's store today:

This is a good sign for the season to come. I'm going to the preseason game against the Bears tomorrow night too.

Texans? I'll have to admit I know close to nothing about them since they have been horrible and are in the AFC. I wish they played Seattle this year though.

And jflip, what's your pre-season guess for a outcome of Philly at Seattle in Nov.? How bad will the Eags lose? Can they even score a touchdown at the loudest stadium in the league? Am I going to wish I hadn't talked shit?

I'm willing to put money on the playoffs this year.

How about andre johnson? Andre davis? Dunte Robinson? Kevin Walter?

Our o-line is improved 10 fold - huge compitition for linebackers as well. The ONLY question mark in my mind is the secondary but fred bennett looks to be a beast and our rookie antwan molden has been killing it in practice. Add that with Alex Gibbs' zone blocking scheme w/ steve slaton, chris brown, ahman green and we're going to have a good running game. Keep in mind the texans were 11th in passing last year and our starting qb and best reciever were on the bench half the season.

Went to the texans training camps during this past week. Steelers beware - our d-line is unstoppable.

Theyre gonna somehow get past anyone in the AFC South, and then hope the refs fuck over the NFC team in the SB, like they did to Seattle? Unlikely.
