Yeah, I was sick yesterday for some reason. I think I had food poisoning, I was puking my guts out.

The loss certainly sucks, thats for sure. But how it happened makes it hurt even worse.
Youre gonna tell me that all week long you didnt get diarrhea as a defense knowing that Fitzgerald can go off? I figured if we were going to lose that we would at least hold down Fitzgerald to 1-2 TDs.

McNabb didnt have too bad of a game, but there were a couple big plays he missed, that may have made a world of a difference.

Things need to be done in Philly, thats for sure. Anquan, welcome to Philly. Tra Thomas, so long. He couldnt pick up the blitzes from a subpar at best defense. LJ Smith, go die, you suck (to you too Greg Lewis). We need to spend one of our first round picks on a RB. Westbrook was obviously worn down at the end of the year.

jflip is noticeably absent from the football discussion this week.

i watched both games in their entirety, and must say that although the cardinals almost blew the game in the second half, they made the eagles defense look like amateurs (especially in the first half). larry fitzgerald is amazing and is finally getting some recognition for his skills.

I am a steelers fan and because of that I am very happy the steelers have made it back to the super bowl. at the start of the playoffs i didnt think it would happen. i thought beating the chargers would be tough given their hot offense at the time, and was surprised at how well roethlisberger managed the game against the ravens. i thought he might crack in this one. the steelers defense is definitely #1. no doubt about that. also, i hope willis mcgahee recovers fully from that unfortunate hit late in the game.

an all pennsylvania superbowl wouldve been interesting, but i think the cardinals have a better chance at beating the steelers than the eagles would have had. ill be counting down the days until feb 1!

After that bullshit loss to the Steelers in the Super Bowl 3 years ago, I think i'll root for the Cards.

The Cardinals were NOT favorites in that game. The Eagles were 3-4 point favorites, depending on the book.

And you're the one who brought up officiating and the supposed bad calls.
