    I wouldn't be terribly surprised if she sent it to you on purpose. People don't really fuck things like that up and accidentally send it to the wrong destination. There could be a ton of reasons why she did it so i would just talk to her about it.

    Did she say anything to you about accidentally sending you an email or vice versa?
