Pretty awesome. I think these would be a hit here in the PNW since they are earthquake resistant and environmentally friendly (there are tons of hippies up here).

soo.. whats it built out of? There's other, better ways to build environmentally friendly buildings that aren't prefab. And for 200k for a small one, I'll pass. The green technology exists, an can be integrated into non-prefab homes being built just as easily. This might be successful in Japanese culture, but I doubt it will take off in America.
