If you liked that than your gonna love this.

This idiot thinks because he wrote an idea on a piece of paper and sent it to himself he has some sort of right to it. I dont know about you but I am going to write gasoline on a piece of paper and mail it to myself.

Correct, he is up to his chin in shit. He has been shoveling it so fast that he now has to look like he is doing something. I would be happy if I where you, one more sale and all sales are final. Worst case he goes running to this company that wants to do business with him (no they don not, two years to hammer out a deal, yeah right) and says someone else is doing something like what I am doing. Maybe that company will finaly realize that he is a turd.

I wouldn't worry to much, he sure as hell doesn't sound like he was all that just 4 years ago and probably not much different now:

        Hello all,

I'm Eric. As the title says I'm 20, 5'9" 167 lbs and maybe 10% BF.

Starting last year, I got into work out hardcore. I have been lifting and running since I was 14, but something just put a fire inside me and I started working out consistently. Unfortunately I didn't have a godddamn clue what I was doing. I ended up doing the same damn routine every week (low weight, high reps) and started running. This summer I got up to 20-25 miles a week running. I was in great shape (8% BF) but I was a skinny little bitch (I was down to 152 pounds...bullshit) and I still did not have a 6 pack. I realized that even though I was in awesome shape, I wanted my body to have more mass to it. My goal:

        Somethis like this:

About 6 weeks ago I was told a few things by some people on another board:

        1. I was running way too ****ing much
        2. I was not eating enough
        3. I needed to switch up my routine every 3 weeks or so to shock my muscles
        4. I needed to do three phases, building (5 weeks) REST (1 week) and cutting (5 weeks)
        5. I needed to start with low reps, high weight

The following workout routine was suggested:

        Mon: Biceps
        Tue: Chest
        Wed: Legs/Chest
        Thurs: Shoulders
        Friday: Triceps

I took the liberty of adding abs to Monday and Thursday OR Friday.

I was also told to stop running and to try to eat 200 grams of protein per day.

Well, it is 6 weeks later and I'm going OK. I've gained about 15 pounds. Most of it is muscle (my arms and chest are considerably bigger, but unfortunately I have gained some flab around my belly. Since my main goal is a cut chest and a 6 pack, this concerns me. I was thinking about starting a 5 week cycle of high reps, low weight, and lots of running, but I thought I'd ask for advice from the pros before I go any further.

Now I want to be perfectly clear that I am not looking to become as huge as some of you guys. While I truly envy you guys who put Arnold to shame, being that big just is not practical for me. Again my goal is something like this:

With that in mind, what type of routine, diet, and supplements would you recommend? Please be as specific as possible.

One concern I have: When I lift, I ****ing lift...I go hardcore 110%. Yet, the burn usually only lasts for 10 minutes or so after I quit working out. The next day I usually am not sore. The first week I did switched to high weight, low reps, my legs and chest felt it, but that was it. The second week, I was not sore at all. Again, I'm killing myself when I am lifting, but I feel as if I should be more sore. Any advice? I do have an unusually high tolerance for pain according to an ER doctor...maybe that is it?

Major props to anyone who can help. I know as a 20 year old, I'm not a teen, but I figure I'm closer to 19 then 35.

So anyone else here go to ASU (Arizona Slut University)?

I think I'll add my side of the story...

Kameron Baker is correct. About two years ago, he bought a heatshield off me on eBay, told me through a poorly written e-mail that it did not fit, and I gave him a full refund.

Almost immediately this kid starts selling cheap metal shields made from home depot materials. The fact that he claims he sold 50 of these monstrosities is an amazing testimony of the extreme lack of intelligence of your average eBay shopper.

I was never happy that was selling the cheap metal shields, but my intellectual property attorney told me that the design was too different to pursue legal action. In addition, I was busy finishing up my degree at ASU and working on my other businesses. Kameron Baker also did not seem to be selling many of the shields so I just let the issue die.

However, now that Kameron Baker is selling a direct copy of my heatshield, stealing my pictures, referencing my company name (which is legally trademarked), and has admitted that he copied my design, my lawyer says we do have a case and I am absolutely going to pursue it.

                            ------

Think of it this way boys...if you had a product, sold the product to a 15 year old kid, and that 15 year old kid returned the product and then started selling exact copies of your product, wouldn't you be upset?

Well to be fair, they are not exact copies. His "splitter extensions" and heatshield knockoffs are made by cutting the plastic with tin snips as he admitted in another thread. What a precise way to create a product! :)

My designs are created from scratch with precision tools. Once I have designed a template, I take the template to my local plastic fabrication shop. Here they perfect my template using heavy machinery. The final template is then tested and if the test results are good...we start mass production.

                            So...

Do you want a 17 year old kid who can barley create an intelligent post fabricating BMW products with tin snips in his mommy's garage?

                            or

Do you want an individual with 9 years of custom fabrication forming precision designs and then taking those designs to a professional plastic fabrication shop for mass production by precise machinery?

                            ------

What also upsets me about this issue is Kameron Baker and the ScreamingBMWE30 dude have both admitted to me via e-mail in the past that their metal designs really did not work. ScreamingBMWE30 told me something along the lines of "I make these for people who are too lazy to make their own and they never realize it really doesn't do anything." I know ScreamingBMWE30 never even had the shield on his car.

I actually care about maximizing performance for you guys which is why I use ABS plastic and spend a little extra money to have these things professionally made. YES, I too started in my garage, but I quickly realized that I needed to outsource production and use quality materials if I wanted to create a quality product.

I'm not sure why so many of you are quick to defend a poorly spoken 17 year old who is making poor quality knockoffs of a proven product. If I was threatening to sue anyone who ever created a custom heatshield for themselves, then yes...that would be absurd. However this kid CLEARLY copied my design and is trying to profit from his theft. That is unacceptable.

                            ------

On a personal level, it sucks seeing some people I considered friends stab me in the back. I don't disagree that I can come across as cocky, selfish, and arrogant, but I'm not afraid to speak my mind or share my goals. I'm not sure e-balling or e-bragging is "going off the deep end." Threatening to commit suicide, banning people for no reason, picking on random members, and shutting down the largest e30 website on the internet just because some people refused to worship you as a god is what I would call "going off the deep end."

The heatshield business has and never will be my primary source of income. I do it as a hobby and courtesy to the E30 community. The heatshield business gave me a little extra income to play with my first few years of college while I was broke. Now it puts gas in my car. I am hoping that BMP finally stops procrastinating and starts caring my products, but...who knows.

For those curious, my "daily job" is real estate. I am living the dream as a full time investor. When the market comes back, I plan on moving into the development side and buying some commercial properties. Right now I'm just doing fast flips. While everyone is taking about how bad the market is, I just adjusted my strategy. Actually, last month, I had my best month ever as a real estate investor...and they say you can't make money in this market!

I'm also a workout junkie. As most of you know (thanks to Google), I got into weight lifting about 4 years ago and really enjoy it. I'm currently at 192lbs with 9% bodyfat. I'm not "Huge" by any means, but anyone who follows boxing or UFC fighting can tell you that 192 pounds on a 5'9" frame is halfway decent. Hell Chuck Liddell is only 205 pounds and he is 6'2"!

If the above paragraphs are considered "e-balling" or "bragging" then I guess I must apologize for having goals and making them a reality. :)

                            ------

Anyway, now that I have Kameron Baker's information, I will be putting things in motion with my attorney to draft a cease and desist. If after receiving the cease and desist, Kameron Baker continues to sell knockoffs of my product, we will pursue other auction. I'm not sure if I can drag him to court in Arizona, but worst case scenario...I see him in a Nevada court after a weekend in Vegas.

Win or lose, it will be fun. I already explained to Kameron Baker that even if he survives my lawsuit, the winners never really win as they rack up huge legal bills. Spending $2,000 on a lawyer won't take food off my table, but when $2,000 if the KBB value of your car...that hurts a little more. I recently negotiated a mechanics lien on a property in foreclosure. We offered the mechanic $1,000.00 for his position and he denied it. He then spent $1,900.00 in attorney fees trying to squeeze us for more money. His attorneys finally advised him that it was in his best interest to take the $1,000 so he did. The end result...he was out $900 and a whole lot of pride.

He's still missing the extremely blatant fact that it's a FUCKING HEATSHIELD. A mentally ill baboon could make one just as good as kamotor's or his "professional plastic fabrication shop" I mean, come ON. Why the fuck bother? Even if it is the exact same (which it isn't) why bother? It's not like he patented the entire heatshield idea, or even his own design. Stupid fuck sues over fucking dudes selling heatshields on ebay. Doesn't have something better to do like go fuck a sheep?
