One of my all-time favorite comic series. And it was helmed by Frank Miller, it will be nothing short of spectacular.

The trailer is amazing, made even better by the remix of the Smashing Pumpkins song "The beginning is the end is the beginning".

ROFL, the movie was great. I really enjoyed it. Great acting. It was almost 3 hours long and I never once checked my watch. PS I am home now because I work at 5:15 am tomorrow... so that means going to bed at 9...

To quote my girlfriend:

"That movie fucking blew, I feel like I watched two and half hours of explosions and nothing going anywhere ,they could've killed joker like 10 times but instead I had to watch them run in circles because everyones too big of a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles to just kill him instead of trying to send him to jail where he'll escape again"

She thought everything about the movie blew except for heath ledger's performance. (Note: she hasn't seen batman begins and failed to bring that to my attention, she also has never seen the first batman, so her batman knowledge is limited to batman returns and batman forever. SIGH. She didn't even realize this was movie 2 of a series and thought it was movie 6 or something as if the joker came back for this movie myseriously. ugh..)

sigh. This resulted in an argument until 5am about the batman universe and comic book movies.

I however, thought it was fucking incredible. Bravo performances by all.
