Due to its location it will do well, all the I bankers and traders with 100k+ cars in Manhattan will want to truly drive their car.

These type of facilities are going to pop up all over the place. Its the new country club, these guys dont care if gas is 5 bucks a gallon...

It wouldn't surprise me to see something like this pop up on the west coast. Between all the tech-influence of the PNW or Silicon Valley, or the well-to-do of SoCals wealthy, I'm sure the idea is being tossed around as I type this.
