yeah, all the genius's are on the west coast. marianno, i hate to break it to you but you and i are surrounded by fucking morons no matter where you live. i ran into some fruitcake in L.A a few years ago who asked me where i lived. i told him minneapolis and he looked puzzled and asked where that was. i told him arkansas and he didnt question me. they are everywhere

got any tips on what to eat, where to eat (when you go out), snacks, etc that are good for this style of eating?

I started eating mostly vegan (I still eat chicken/turkey/fish, but no red meat/pork.) when I found out I have high cholesterol a few months ago.

Seriously just go to trader joes. Half the shit in there is fair game. For snacks, Costco sells this bomb ass granola called Bear Naked Granola that literally has nothing but awesome shit in it. No preservatives or corn syrup or any of that.
