I remember the daze of middle school and School High when hip hop was hip hop. The words and tracks of those days played a huge part in me keeping a decent head upon my shoulders considering all the dumb shit I f'd with. Not too much, but some of the artists and/or lyrics did indeed play a part. To each his own. For me it was hip hop.
