Wow Greg. Finally getting that thing put back together. Looks tons better than when I saw it sitting on the trailer a year ago.

are you running spring pads and or fixed camber plates up front? i think the only thing it needs is a tad more drop in the front and its perfect. love the wheels. everyone has panasports. nice to see something fresh.. im assuming those are ireland stage 2s???Comment

yeh the front needs a little more drop we think. either put the rear spring pads back in or cut off a bit of the front coils. they are ireland stage II's. i think we'll wait and se how the car settles with the interior in and the car driven for a while. greg has ireland fixed camber plates up front and adjustable camber/toe in the back.
i love the wheels. greg found them on ebay about 2yrs ago and we haven't seen another set anywhere. he put about 60hrs into refinishing them.
today we finish the driveline alignment/install and also install the ireland stainless exhaust.

Man I miss my 2002 so much! One of my friends rear ended me and i didn't have the money to fix it and my dad wouldn't help me out so I had to sell it. I had more then $7,000 just in fix ups in that car. So sad. Some day I will have another one. I know I will. Here are some pictures of my old 1976 2002.
The day I bought it

hey thanks
for all those on this board who've never owned a 2002, they are very fun cars.
there is more to a fun car than torque and power.
plus, the ladies think they're cute.“There is nothing government can give you that it hasn’t taken from you in the first place”

the next 2002 i get is getting an s50. no way around it. i loved my old car and it was so fun to drive, but it would have been even better if it had been fast. i remember when i took the back seat out along with all the sound proofing and the bumpers. it was loud, but man was it light! i need to find a friend who will let me drive his or her 2002! i miss it so much! lol!sigpic
