^^^ the tail of the dragon but that is in the south. what you meant was something in the northeast. There are seriously no good driving roads except for the kangamangus SP? highway, but even that is just so-so.

i thought the 'ring is classified as a normal road. one with no speed limits? or am i thinking of a track i heard of in australia? if that were the case and it is a "normal" road, then liability is right out the window.

exactly what i said. i thought the 'ring is classified as a public "road". one with a toll, and no speed limit. as in it was classified as a historical landmark. ive seen tour buses on it before also. OR i was uncertain if i was thinking of a road in australia thats the same way.
