    Dude, 250gb is a shitload of bandwidth. Unless you're running a bunch of pirate fileservers off your home ISP connection 24/7, you aren't gonna hit that.

      Or you have Vonage, and stream lots of video and don't watch TV much. Like me. Good thing Comcast got bought out and now I have TimeWarner.

          Our local cable provider just recently put a 100GB cap on our service, and I doubt I'll EVER hit it. They also bumped the speeds from 4 to 8 MB and now offer 12 and 16 Mb service as well.

              luckily I don't use comcast anymore! :p

                          I literally just got cable(comcast) in my apartment today. I know it's not supposed to be that heavily lopsided, is there anything I can do to increase the upload speed?
