they would need a warrant to search the car. If they were pulled over for a traffic stop they are only allowed to keep you there long enough to issue the ticket that they pulled you over for. If they had a drug dog in the car and had the dog walk around the car, and the dog hit. That gives them right to search. But they are not allowed to call for a dog.

Didnt you watch my video a few months ago about not talking to the police?

When I was younger, potheads wore Led-Zep or Pink Floyd tshirts. Is this wallet thing some new trend among Texas potheads or are these two a couple of fags?
        I don't do dope anymore but I hear it's a lot stronger...

I supose the brain damage could account for it.

Yeah, my poor route guy had to contend with 45-60% of his weekly guys changing names on their shirts, new SSN's, etc.

The Labor Board/INS should start pulling those records, and verifying people. Last year my 78 y/o grandmother was busy picking grapes in Modesto, and Delivering pizza in a suburb in NYC last tax season as per the Social Security Administration's records. Granted she is home ridden in Southern California.

Carry some air freshener next to your car seat, cut your hair and take all of the Bob Marley stickers off of your car = no problems. Eye drops wouldn't hurt either.

                "Probable cause"

If they have reason to believe that you possess drugs, or that you are high or drunk, they can search.

Is it bad then, that I'm wearing a ZZ top t-shirt but don't smoke the herbals?

I will say that if I pulled over a couple of dudes who were carrying hello-kitty wallets or sponge bob I'd be a little curious. However, that's still not PC to search the car IMO.

^ Yep, and when they end up finding drugs in the vehicle. Whatever the officer claimed to have probable cause for is certainly validated, regardless of what it was.

                          exactly...

When there are grounds for suspicion that a person has committed a crime or misdemeanor, and public justice and the good of the community require that the matter should be examined, there is said to be a probable cause for, making a charge against the accused, however malicious the intention of the accuser may have been. And probable cause will be presumed till the contrary appears.

american "rights" are quickly becoming an even greater JOKE. if you resist them doing anything then it's "probable cause" a bullshit loophole for the abuse of power and the disrespect of individual rights.

that's why i'm registered as a republican, but vote independently (note: not voting independent, but independently) ...the less government the better. if i have to steal and shoot your dog and cat and roast them on a fire i made with stolen planks of wood from your shed behind it to survive and not starve, it still has more honor in it than relying on handouts.
