Balboa Island if money is no object. I spent the best summer of my life (in 1983) in a converted two bedroom garage (for 600.00 a month)

There ia a ferry on Agate (the street I lived on) that takes you to the Newport Peninsula for all the non drunk driving fun in the world!

Imagine 21, ferry to bar drink all I want, only worry is making the last 2am ferry home.
