WTF are you talking about? Why is he not "normal"? And who the hell are you to decide who is and who isn't? Travis Barker is an AMAZING drummer. And his brother was one of the people that died.

Do you know Travis Barker personally? No, I didn't think so. You just know all the stupid, overblown MTV-culture bullshit that they show on TV, just like everyone else. So how about showing a little restraint when you're about to say someone sucks, and show a little compassion for someone who just lost his brother and a few of his friends in one of the most violent things someone can possibly endure.

it's fuckin pathetic. I feel for all those involved who lost family members, etc. And hope the ensuing news coverage doesn't make this tragic ordeal any worse for anyone's family (celebrity or not).

I agree guys. Normally I would be the first one to step up and call Travis Barker overrated and call his DJ buddy a lame raver but this stuff is just sad. They are just normal guys with families like the rest of us. Best wishes to them and the people they are close to.

Baker was a car guy, grew up around here. I've got a buddy that knew him well. From what I understand he was good kid.:(

I have a great deal of friends tied to him. I remember checking out a few of his Caddy's at local shows. We used to go hang out with them at a little Italian eatery when he was the drummer for the Aquabats in the ninety's. And he was a Fontana native, never heard of the Sac-town connection.
