If you have Acrobat (not Reader) you can simply 'Save As', but I am assuming you don't.

'Print Screen', then paste into a paint program such as Adobe Photoshop or MS Paint, crop and save.

Open it up in ms paint. Then saze as. Also works to compress photo sizes as well. Shrinks my 5mb+ photos to 1 without having to do any work.

i think you can change that in the "mode"

and switching to rgb...

not sure but i think you can also select the color when opening the pdf in ps2/ps3

what???? Paint is a crazy easy and quick way to cut and save a pic or convert it from gif to jpeg or bitmap to jpeg or from whatever to jpeg since you can copy, paste, cut it, re-paste and save...

For instance, I open Worldpac and I want to save and send the pic of a particular part to someone, which I actually had to do today. A Bosch fuel pump and the VDO fuel pump. I control + alt + PrtSc the window, paste into paint, save as and change the save as type to jpeg and BAM!
