Ha. It's cheap for food once a week when I go shopping. That or Win-co Foods. I don't understand why people pay higher prices for food when you're talking about a loaf of bread and some sandwich meat. Maybe some canned soup and veggies. Now a steak or something... obviously it's time to go to a good meat market. BUT, I don't eat very extravagantly during the week; no sense in wasting money.

I don't make the rules regarding how I have to dress at work... I just follow them. At least I can keep the tie off unless someone at the C level or a client comes through the department.

I have Levi's that are probably older than you.
what does my age have to do with anything? and I do have kneepads I use at times(depends how long I have to be in the certain attic or crawl space). I am a telecommunications technician.

Me too! Are you commercial or residential?

We're about halfway through retrofitting the telecom system at a local hospital.

I'm all for knee pads while in crawlspaces under buildings, but they're not much good to me in attics. Most of the time, when you have to stay on trusses and off of sheetrock, they're HORRIBLE, because you can't tell what your knee is actually on.

Who actually makes a good pair anymore that fits right, without all the bullshit of me having to take one more deep breath before i tuck my nuts in to them? I wanna upper cut all these designers in the taint.
I have this exact same issue. Now I am 5'11, 205lbs, and the issue i run into is I used to be in the ski industry and as such ski 150+ days a year for about 6 years straight. This left me with stupidly large thighs, coupled with an inseam of 30".(yeah i know,5'10" with 30" legs, hahaha) Only one set fit and they are a bitch to find. Levis 569. Thats it. If you have large legs, these will fit.

Haha, me too. I ski a bunch, paired with the fact that I ran middle distance in HS and part of my college career. My legs are big.

I've skied since I was 3, and played baseball since I was 7, my legs are still small:)

I'd rather not be so skinny though:(

I'm 99% commercial, But in my town there have been some residential places converted into commercial so there is no t bar ceiling(I hate when there is none) and we just re wired my whole house for all of our data and tell stuff.

sorry 12 dollars a pair. do you know how long it takes to sew a pair of jeans by hand? and by hand i mean a machine because there are no "hand sewn " jeans. dude its ok, really. i recall being young and stupid. you will grow out of it eventually. and you will no longer need brand name shit thats priced 30x its value. you will also get over the need to have the best latest technological item and you wont have to upgrade your stereo everytime its outdated which is daily. print this post and look at it when youre 35

Oh great, let's talk about which kneepads are best and why you need $1000 kneepads with rhinestones on them because they really help you "feel" the job you're working on better than the rest.
