She is seriously a crazy old butch. And to make it worse she one of those people that are sympathy chasers, "I have this, I have that and it hurts all the time." everytime I talked to her so had some new diagnosis. Insomnia, fiber mialga, arthritis. All kings of stupid shit. And she always tried to make me feel sorry for her so I would abide by a new ammendment to the already ridiculous "rules". It was just too much to handle. I got to the point where I just wouldn't be home unless I was sleeping. I'd leave at 530am and be back at 10 or 1030pm for bed. Yuck

I would think it would depend on the wording of the letters. If you have her on voicemail or in writing when she tells you to leave, that should be good but if it was purely a verbal agreement it might be much more difficult.

She had a fucked up childhood, didn't get enough attention, was left by a spouse due to her issues from the primary issue, then in a fit of lonlyness, she uses medical problems as an attempt to bond to peoples heartstrings?

Just an assumption... Am I wrong? Close?

And, I bet someone important died within the last 18 months.

Spot fucking on. Other than the death in the past 18 months I don't know about that. She never talked about her parents or her childhood and her husband left her like 5 years ago.

Jesus man, an assumption like with educational wording to back up that statement and you sit in front of a computer all day??? You need to get into a sociology practice or something. That's actually scary how close you were.

Good call on the issues Farbin.

She sounds fairly unstable. I highly doubt she would have the gumption to actually take you to court and win.

I would use those receipts to hunt down the people that steam cleaned the apartment and replaced the counter tops. Find out what the condition was when all that was done. Unless she went in and took the time to trash the place before she had all of that done, I bet you can get some good information and testimonies from them. Do all this before she can get to them and do something to "encourage" them to tell the "truth".

Sucks about all this man. I'm sure you know this, but I would also encourage you to not talk about how she is nuts and just focus on the facts of what happened. Any reasonable judge will side with you and realize that she is nuts after you lay out the facts.

Most of all, listen to your attorney.
