Extremely, in fact, I signed an NDA about pay and everything(lameness for a tire store), but I'll say that after the preliminary portion, once things move up, I'll be pulling in more than I was in my prior job. Pay Increase FTW!!!Comment

Why did a tire place make you sign an NDA? It's not like they've got any trade secrets. They sell tires?
...an NDA is a Non-disclosure agreement.tasty

Yeah, I was bemused when I was going thru the New Hire Packet and came across that one. It claimed to need to protect "trade secrets", and to prevent me from working with any direct competition for the next 24 months within 15 miles of any of their present, or, future locations.
I hope they don't read r3v and find out I disclosed a NDA.Comment

Congrats man.
What's livable pay in cali anyways?"We praise or find fault, depending on which of the two provides more opportunity for our powers of judgement to shine."Comment

Yeah, it was a one-two punch combo package with both, the trade secrets requirements, and the non compete.
Thanks, If I can get a job, I'll bet there is something waiting for ya.
x2, now I'll be a bit above that, with increases to come quickly, hopefully.Comment
