btw - the car may not be concours, but it is damn nice. i'd drive it anywhere. and the best part is it is set up to be a driver's car.

we're getting pretty excited to fire off the motor for the first time and get it rolling down the road.

and i'd be very interested in the front spoiler as well. there would be interest on the faq site.
well when he drove my M2 at watkins glen i could tell he was comfortable behind the wheel. granted he didnt thrash it but you can tell just by the way a kid handles a car if he has any skill at all and id be watching yourself george. he may surprise you and you may get a good look at the back of that thing

greg has very quick hands, but the only way i'm going to be looking at the rear of his 2002 is when i set him up for the pass.

      haha

actually i believe he already is a better track driver than me. he sure kicks my ass on Forza 2 on his Xbox

we may be back your way in the fall also. we're planning a road trip in the tii, kinda a big circle from seattle through denver/chicago up thru your neck of the woods, and then west thru the canadian rockies/glacier nat'l park and eventually back home. no definitive plans yet but that's wjere we are headed.

i'll be the somolier for the evening BTW, and i have experience in food prep and as a saute cook too.

For that trunk fill tank mod did you simply just twist the neck 180 degrees so it wouldn't aim towards the quarter? I've thought about ways to shave the gas tank filler from the outside, but then again I have a locking new gas cap anyway so I might not bother... hmm

yeah it is a simple fix for now until i figure out a better way to do it. the flares have no provision for a fuel filler so i had to do something
