I spent 21 hours in God's Country today.
If you don't know where God's Country is, stop reading now... this post will be meaningless to you.
Some observations:
1) Apparently people self-govern themselves in GC... During over 200 miles of driving, 15+ different towns, I never saw a single police officer.
2) You know you've reached GC when there are 2 giant copper buildings standing alongside the highway like a gateway.
3) In GC, the weather can change faster than Blunts attitude after a Americano.
4) I did not get to make a pilgremage to the Garage Mahal... next year I will better plan my visit to make this stop.
5) GC is clearly the best place to be... posted speed limit on the highway is 70.
6) There are more Caribou/Starbucks coffee places than I've ever seen.
PS: No Inka car sightings.
