    Sounds like quite the facility.
Let me translate bluntese to you, Mr. Jon325i.

command center - basement of a 1200 square foot home illuminated by 13W compact fluorescent bulbs and equipped with the accoutrements of modern technology: a facsimile machine, a 900 MHz cordless phone, and a computer from 1999.

carriage house - dilapidated shed that has 5 rakes, only one that works, 2 with broken handles, and 2 rake heads, and a rusty reel-type lawnmower. Possibly contains pesticides banned after Viet Nam.

veranda - set of 12 clumsily cut 2"x8" pine boards arranged in random fashion over what "normal people" would call a porch or deck.
    -OVULATOR (as named by jflip2002)

Past Cars: Schwarz 1990 325i-2 (crashed), Calypsorot 1991 325i-2 Sport (rear ended)
    Now: Blake-stitched mediocrity :(

If not for my ex, I'd take my son and move there. If I could score a job.....There are plenty of those places there so shouldn't be a problem.

if you saw the big copper towers you were withing a few blocks of the northern command center. next time you come you need to come by and sip americanos on the veranda while the servants detail your vehicle behind the carriage house
I know. Biscus was on my mind the whole time.
I landed in Minn. and had to scramble to get to St. Cloud for meetings/events. Then, with the onslaught of this S. Dakota storm, I was back at the airport at 4AM this morning (likely when you were getting up for your 6th pee-break of the night) to catch an earlier flight home so I didn't miss additional meetings tonight.

Overall, my trip had me running around busier than when Mrs. Bluntek gives you a honey-do list for the offices. Remember when you used to wear the Foremans construction hat?

This trip will become a staple every year. So next year, I will build extra time in so that I can take a day to enjoy the Garage Mahal, God's Country, Orange Cars, and pay hommage to the cap. machine.

Please... it is God's Country. Do not refer to it by the commoners name. Only the select few can grasp the meaning behind GC.

I bet he hasn't met the barrista or the grill master on staff there either.

No, and I don't plan on it. How was your visit to the Northern Command Center? Perhaps you spent most of your time looking at your feet with the sickly scent of KY hanging heavily in the air, so I will allow you some latitude if the details escape you.

I see many here who are posting... but do not understand what GC stands for.

Unless you can accurately define the following terms, you do not understand.

I was just dicking around with google maps, seeing whats where in GC. Decided to look up the famous Amoco (sp?). Funny, blunt hasn't put his review up for the google maps peeps.

                            Just a thought...
Hemingway said it best. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely games.”

Thats wrong, because I know for a fact I use KY because of it's lack of perfumes or other scented additives.

KY is the "Original God's Country" (c), but I will not impinge on blunt's long standing delusion of grandeur.

Here's a little fun fact - if you look up the Northern Command Center on MSN live search maps, you can see Blunt washing his wife's car in the driveway, and Biscus taking a dump.
