It's because nowadays, everyone gets a trophy just for playing, win or lose. Effort is stressed more than results. Rewarding the mediocre performance of America's youth puts on the fast track to fucked...

It's good to form your own thoughts rather than rally behind those of others.

this is what a lot of people tell me. but im not sure if ill see the truth behind that later on down the road? ive had the same job since Sophomore year, and I'm a Senior this year (HS). i can understand that since i do pay for everything; my cars, car parts, gas, insurance, phone bill, clothes* ect..that i SHOULD be better off in the future compared to a few friends of mine who've never had a job or a steady job and that they also have everything handed to them, still..Senior year..geez. its pretty annoying to see all these kids with brand new cars and everything paid for them..just to see that im working my ass off to get nearly half of what they have.

side note; a lot of people at my school say they love my car  that i bought btw.

*=no, im not poor..my parents want me to learn to support myself early on.

By "your shit" do you mean the articles that you copy and paste?

See a lot of the time I am working on many things as I skim though this site. Ill post up articles that have some merit or some topic that might be worth sharing. (some see it as conservative rhetoric) Its starts a topic that I will chime in after people have posted. Then I usually will speak my talking points about the subject. But mostly I will post to a "copy page" to get a conversation up and going.

This applies to the off topic section only though. There have been cases where Ill post up something in the racing section but how do you rewrite something that you were not there in person. Just passing along something cool usually.
