Here's my attempt (name=Pico de Gallo) diced tomatoes
, onions, cilantro and fresh jalapenyos, the secret ingredient is lots of lemon juice. Its the best with tortilla chips I could eat that shit for days.......
Change the japs above to Mount Olive diced japs and savor the goodness.
Every day I wake up we drink a lot of coffee and watch the CNN
Every day I wake up to a bowl of clover honey and let the locusts fly in.
Lobsterbacks attack the town again
Wrap all my things in aluminum
Beams of darkness streak across the sky
Pink rays from the ancient satellite
Every time I look out my window same three dogs looking back at me.
Every time I open my windows cranes fly in to terrorize me.
Cheese is a fickle thing in the face of fresh acidic fruits.

yea, but hot, spicy salsa con queso with fresh tortilla chips makes me so happy
I thoroughly agree. If you get a chance, Try picking up the Mount Olive japs. They are great by themselves on chips. Great flavor, and decent heat.

go and buy a bottle of Safeway select salsa verde (yes i know, it is really good for off the shelf stuff)
then go a few isles down and get 2 or 3 bricks of cream cheese
dump bottle in a big bowl, chop up the cream cheese in little squares and drop in the salsa verde. nuke it for 2 1/2 min or until the cheese is soft and melty.
make sure it isn't lava hot, add chips and scoop out the chunks of cream cheese and salsa verde

Tortilla chips
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
Absolutely great once you get the sweet/heat balanced out perfect...
There is also a great salsa like this jarred and sold at "The Honey Baked Ham" stores that can be picked up. Very good for a store bought salsa, easily a 9.5 out of 10...
