I say prove all these idiots wrong, and accept the deal. They are just jealous you are going to sell some parts in hard economic times like today, while they cant. That just shows how good of a salesperson you are. LMK how that works out.Originally posted by blunti would jerk larry king off while tonging jflips ass if h0lmes would blow his head offComment

OP, to answer you question, if it walks like a duck and if it quacks like a duck...
What's the harm in waiting for the next legit potential buyer to come along and take the parts off your hands? The guy is waisting your time, I'd just tell him to screw off and then translate it to his native language.- Trey

Money orders/cashiers checks are not as good as cash. They can take up to 14 days to completely clear. Just because a bank deposits it and the funds become availible even after a short hold, the item still may not have cleared the account, the bank was just comfortable releasing the hold or not placing a hold at all.
When the money order/check bounces or is found to be fraudulent, you will be out the $xxxx. The bank will place you at fault.Comment

same thing almost happened to me. some Nigerian wanted to buy my dirtbike for $1000, he sends a check for $4000, of course we new it was a scam so we went and had the bank check it out and they proved it was a fake check and this was threw ebay.
