The original was not that bad for a "B" movie. Although from the trailers I don't think this will somehow be the same storyline. It will probably have something to do with global warming and Al Gore will play the robot.

I liked Cloverfield just took a bit too much time to get into the meat of the story.

I saw trailers for "Quarantine" that looked pretty good too.
