I have a BS in Business with a minor in economics. it has positively impacted my life, income, wealth, future, and success. People need to realize something, though. The degree gets you in the door, it's work ethic and drive that will separate the winners from the losers.
I may go back for my MBA in finance if my job requires, and I'd have no problem with that.PNW Crew

BA in journalism specialization in public relations.
I'm now a tech writer for defense contractor, live in one of the cheapest states in the country and am already above the 50th percentile in pay scale for my line of work. And make above the national average, and I've only been doing it for a year and been out of school for three.
My girlfriend is a hairsylist with a business degree, making even more than I do.
Don't want to think about where I'd be if I hadn't gotten a degree.Need parts now? Need them cheap? steve@blunttech.com

my work ethic is whats gonna kill me.Originally posted by FerdinandI carry a cheap pressure gauge in my glovebox with which to manually check my tire pressures, but I keep forgetting that in the USA glovebox space is sacred as it is reserved exclusively for the purpose of storing handguns.

What do you consider "achieved"?
I stayed in school til 10th grade then dropped out. Did 8th grade twice. Got straight f grades from 6th grade on. Didn't get f grades because I didn't know the shit, I was just lazy and didn't do the work. I passed all my tests and quizzes just fine. When I was 17 I got my GED very easily.
I am regretting dropping out of school now as I am unemployed and have never really made much money.
So if you are still in school, STAY THERE! don't be a dumb fuck like me.

Bachelors degree in Biology here. I loved every class that I took related to the major. It has given me the opportunity to work in a hospital pharmacy. I have now been accepted to pharmacy school, and I will start on my doctorate in pharmacy next summer. I now make $20hr as an intern-pharmacist. I love the job, and hopefully I will have many advancement opportunities when I graduate with the PharmD .sigpic
