Depending on the engine I might offer 3ish. I am kinda wondering though how many miles it really has on it.

Yeah it looks in great condition but who knows. Standing 15 feet away my paint looks really good ;)

What? I have to disagree. The entire interior would need to be stripped to nothing, and everything that was in there would be replaced. After cleaning the chassis would not retain any smoke smell. Depending on the extent of the damage, the engine may need pulled and HVAC replaced, but that's not far-fetched what-so-ever.
