In Carmel there were some producers/researchers doing some research on a movie Clint is going to be directing (he's the director for now at least). It's called "Carmel" and it's about art theft or something like that. It sounds interesting but they will be filming in this neck of the woods.

I think they are going to start filming soon, but I will keep an eye out. Gran Torino looks and sounds good...I've got to get out and see it!

I keep on seeing these spaghetti westerns that Clint Eastwood is in, and all I can think of is:

THE DARK TOWER

He's Roland, hands down. Wish he would be in a movie or miniseries about The Dark Tower.

Jst seen it last week. didn't have high expectations for this movie, but to my surprise it BLEW ME DA FCK AWAY!!! so mad that at myself for not seeing it in the theaters, absolutley would have worth my 10 bucks n more instead of this bruno crap. Best movie i've seen since in recent years apart from "No Country for Old Men".....Totaly recommend it if u havent seen it

Just letting everyone know they should set their DVR's. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly is playing on AMC at 11:00 tonight and the whole Man With No Name trilogy starts tomorrow at 10:15am and runs until 8:00pm.

DVR is not necessary here, but thanks. Those three DVDs were some of the first I ever bought. Gotta say though, as epic as The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly is, For a Few Dollars More is still my favorite of the trilogy.
