I could write a book, goddamnit.
It's sitting in a carboy right now, conditioning a little longer. I'm giving it one more week before we bottle, then about a month and a half minimum before it's ready to drink.

I am proud of being a beer snob. I recently have been enjoying Founders IPA....a Michigan brewery out of grand rapids. Good stuff!!
Bells brewery of Kalamazoo, MI is getting pretty big as well. Not sure how far away you can get their brews. Very good if you see it around.www.classicdaily.net
