        I wonder what the number of people is that mod their cars versus those who do not. I bet it is pathetically small, so this is a wasted effort that would "curtail" so small a number of "car guys."

          i hope tirerack/discounttire work themselves into a good froth about this one... i'd hazard a guess that sticker tires carry more profit margin.

          what i'll really laugh hard about is if this causes the dorifto/euro-stretch fads to become prevalent in the portland area.

                Just read about the bill for new emissions standards today.

                I wonder how they will enforce it? We have no visual inspection for vehicles here, and only have to DEQ our cars in metropolitan areas.

                              Dont forget Oregon trying to install GPS in everyone's car so that they can tax you per mile as well as state tax on gas. Sad such a beautiful place is ruined by such douches!
