no contingency lawyer is going to take the case on your side, you aren't injured bad enough (at all). if you paid out of your own pocket, youd spend the $3000 the car is worth the first day the attorney is on the case. you might end up getting sued by the motorcyclist, but then your insurance would hire the attorney only to defend you (them).Comment
