As the title impiles, this is a thread for anyone who has a twist on the theme of the movie, The Bucket List.

I found out about a month ago that I have cancer of the f***ing tonsils. WTF! So having started the chemo and while waiting for this process to be completed, I have plenty of time to lay on the couch and recover from the IV poision.

I read the forums and it gives me great encouragement and motivation. So anyway, I would be curious to read what you guys would do if for 6 months you were out of commission.

Or what would you do at the end of 6 months to celebrate?

Sorry to hear that man. If i were bed ridden for 6 months id spend some serious time on rosetta stone. Something to better myself so i can take something away from the situation.

I wish you a speedy recovery, Cancer sucks, the first year is the worst of your life, but after that its all good.

Cross country drive is my vote as well.

The key to recovery is to keep a positive attitude. Don't get depressed and down on yourself.

Dude hang in there, our prayers are with you. Just stay positive and try to stay as busy doing things you enjoy so you can keep your mind off of it. RobertK can give some reassuring wisdom as well since he has done well recently battling cancer. I have also been battling lymphoma cancer, that my dog has had for the past two years as well, with GREAT results until last week (whole different story however).

Stay positive, busy and hang in there you WILL get through this....

thats what my father did with a shitload of 02 parts while he was battling cancer. id bring him a box of parts every week
