    I've seen the Asus and the Dell. Does anyone have any experience with the Acer One?

      MSI and Acer are a little slower and have some issues with Linux OS from reading various online reviews.

      Here is the 1000HE. Came with XP/ StarOffice / Acrobat Reader and some other little apps.







      Installed 2gb of ram, hdd space is 160gb which is plenty for now. N280 intel atom cpu.

      So far so good.

          Netbooks are just now coming to the states. They've had plenty of time in other countries.

          You'll start to see a lot of american based companies pop them out aka Apple, Microsoft, Dell, etc.. All you gotta do is pay 50 dollars a month :)

            I've got the Asus 1000HA and it is a winner. Battery life is awesome and you cannot beat it on portability.
