    Someone probably ate him.

But seriously, I wouldn't worry too much, I'm sure he'll come back at some point.

Looks like Pat took off for a nice weekend....he strolled back in at 2:15 in the morning filthy as fuck and acted like nothing ever happened. Guess it's time to take my $40 worth of signs down.

I'm not trying to rain on your parade or anything, but if the cat doesn't come back after a couple nights, it is most likely gone for good. Cats get eaten all the time where I live. My family has had 3 cats disappear and one of them turned up on the neighbors lawn half eaten. It sucks yeah but in the end its just an animal. No point in getting super stressed over it.

Also, I think some cats are just super independent and manage to jump to a few different homes throughout their lives.

I wanted to know earlier, but thought it not very tactful to bring up that small point until the cat had been found.

I had a ladyfriend of mine who called her cat "The Catten"... kinda weird.

I'm happy Pat is back safe and sound.

Holmes is a douchebag for his "just an animal" comment.

Holmes - that was a bit of a d-bag move.

My family has an outside cat. There's some freakish cat lover lady a few houses away from mine. She spotted my cat one day in my driveway and came over to say hello. She got on this conversation about how cat's mouths are cleaner than human mouths and that's why she kisses cat's in the mouth. I kid you not. She's like 50, not married, lives with her mom...................my poor cat.
