Anyone ever have a cat disappear for more than a day?

Ironic, huh? Wasnt intentional, though. I would have felt really bad, if I wasnt so fearful of that trip being wasted.

Fucked up thing is afterwards, her sister found the cat on the side of the road (I thought I tossed it further), and came home crying saying some bastard killed their cat, and they were both sad (fortunately I was done having sex, and it was probably 2 minutes worth, since I was young). I never said a word to her about it, to this day she doesnt know.

My cat did this a few times but the last time he never came back. Most cats when they get old leave and dont come back because they just find a place they like and die.
