100 pounds in 12 weeks? If that is remotely possible it catastrophically unhealthy. Losing that much weight in that short of time is very bad. Your body won't adapt to the weight loss fast enough and you will end up having major problems, not to mention your skin will still be stretched. If you are trying to lose weight the healthy way it should be roughly a pound a week. I understand that would take a long time but you are building muscle as well to compensate and your body will be healthy, not to mention your skin won't be stretched and flabby. That's why when you see fat people that do meth, their bodies are skinny and their faces are still chubby.
EDIT: Go to the gym if you can. If you cant then do some research, there are plenty of workouts that don't require weights and really challenge your muscles. Just remember to add variation to your workout so you muscles have new challenges and don't adapt to the same thing.1985 M10b18. 70maybewhpoffury. Over engineered S50b30 murica BBQ swap in progress.

Accident, I commend you for wanting to serve in the military for our country. If you are needing to trim that weight off before enlisting I would get busy and do it in a healthy manner and while doing so study and get your GED behind you before enlisting as well. Then go serve and learn as much as you can/willing & able to and become that person you are wanting to be...
good luck

if he still has to get his GED, i would guess that USAF is probably not the right direction. he is a fat body that dropped out of HS, i think the USMC is exactly what he needs. my $.02Shoot, move, and communicate...

I am definitely taking this at my own pace, and I think I'm making okay progress. I'm down 5lbs from when i weighed myself last in January.
Agreed 100%
There's a reason the Marines refer to USAF as the Chair Force. Don't get me wrong, I think USAF is just fine, but the discipline and the core roles the Corps instills in their Marines are second to none. I have a huge motivation problem, and I lack discipline. I think the Corps will whip my ass into shape and help me make something of myself, career Marine or not.
Besides, I'd never hear the fucking end of it if I joined anything but the Marines. My grandpa was a Marine, my uncle is a career Marine, and quite a few of my friends are Marines.
Thanks dude, I honestly expected a different response out of you after you saw the stickers on my car. To be honest I've wanted to be a Marine for as long as I could remember. The events that have happened over the last few months have really pushed me to want to do something with myself. I appreciate your support, from the bottom of my heart. I haven't known you for very long but I consider you to be a very good friend of mine.well god damn.

I'll have to get your address from you before I go to boot so I can have someone to write while I'm at boot camp.

If I can't get into the Navy's flight school (I may be colorblind) I will be seeing you in the Corps. Take a look at the links I posted for a quick, easy, simple fitness regimen.
Don't run until you get a good bit of the weight off, you can damage your joints with too much weight. I say that objectively, and as kindly as possible. For that matter, avoid any sort of impact aerobics or exercises until you've gotten the weight off.Originally posted by george gravesIf people keep quoting me in their sig, I'm going to burn this motherfucker down.Comment
