There was reason to go into IRAQ, Saddam broke the UN rules time and time again. It was enforceable by using military action. Though no large stashes of WMD's were found, they were found! Also I understand Obama will be attending a service at a veterans memorial in Chicago. So I can't accept the argument that he doesn't care about veterans and is more concerned with his vacation. I would rather him take the month of JULY off than 4 days now and shit on veterans. Hes shirking out on those that gave their lives and are were returned home but NO one knows who they are. Those are the ones we all owe the greatest debt too.
Hes going to a service in Chicago more so for obligation not of his own respect. Because if he had respect for the military and the general populace, he would not be pulling this stunt along with all the other shit, that hes been up too. He is the commander and chief, show some fucking respect for those that have to follow your orders.

yes, I never said he was the 1st to do this. While most of the other instances there was a good reasons for not attending, such as being shot or attending more symbolic ceremonies for our honored dead that are buried in foreign lands.
While I still think its a douchebag move no matter who you are to not be there when you have no other duty bound engagements to attend. With 0 this is just another straw on the camels back that is just showing his true colors even more.
