Besides your intellectual superior attitude cracks me up, what your smarter than everyone here because you read a couple books. Hell I read a whole bunch too in college and now, does not give me the right to act mentally superior than everyone like you have.

I never said that I am smarter than anyone in here and will not say that I am smarter. People have made negative comments about Islam and I didnt like that. Lets turn the table around and I make a negative thread about Christianity or Judaism. I am sure I will get bombarded with comments and probably get harrased or even have the Feds at my house. lol. All I ask was that you cant judge a religion negative because of individual or a group. There is fuk up ppl in this world and they are gonna make either their religion,race or color look bad. Do you think all BLK ppl are bad???


I just think people should have respect for other peoples religions. If you dont like the religion then keep the negativity to yourself. I am muslim but have dinner with my friends on Christmas ever or easter. I call my buddies and wish them a merry christmas or happy channukah.. I do it out of respect even though I dont agree with theri religion.

I will be honest and say no. That just wouldnt look right and most people would not accept it. I would be scared to pray at that mosque to be honest. lol.

I forget the interview I was watching the other day when someone brought that up, and the answer was to the extent of , yeah but the there is also a 24hour porn store with a jack off theatre at ground zero also. The truth is there is a tremoundous Muslim population in NYC, ever notice how many Halal food carts there in the city? And to make another point the guy that alerted police to the time square "bomber" with the propane tank bomb, the good guy to make the alert was a muslim! The sad thing is that did not get much air play at all.

One of the biggest victories for the Islamic faith is to build mosques on defeated holy or historical sites of their enemy. This is just another example of rubbing it in ones face!

Or, there are a ton of Muslims that live in that area and wanted a place of worship near them, Or they are evil terrorist and put it there as a sign of victory. I choose to believe that evil terrorist would not be so brazen to be out in the open like that and these are good people that happen to be members of the largest religon in the world.

Brian, if you ever want to take a trip to Sunrise, Ill show you a Mosque that is armed guarded and has a full rifle range inside. (Never herd of any church having a rifle range) I cant get you in but you can see the build plans in county records.

NYC is a National Treasure and represents the western world. You would think with the high Anti Muslim feelings in America today that the Muslim community would respect what has become a sacred ground. Building a Mosque only feeds the fires!


Oh btw, the mosque in Sunrise was where some of the 9-11 terrorist trained and worshiped.

Timothy McVeigh was Anti Government and the bombing was exactly 1 year form the Waco murders. His hate for the US government was the trigger that set him off to bomb the federal building in OKC. If our government does not ship up, Im sure we will start seeing more of this.
