was that bonus in his contract with citi??????? If so and he did the work and a sufficient job to deserve said bonus then good for him. After all that had to be approved by the pay czar in the administration, it had to be in the disclosure to the feds to receive B/O funds.
SO really where is the BUSTED part here. He fulfilled his part of a contract and was due the compensation laid out in said contract.

The problem here is Government is in bed with big business. Still josh if he was owed that thanks to the contract he had with citi, even if he had taken a differant job when the bonus payment were issued, would he still not be owed that money no matter what job took. Whether it be with a rival bank, a govt job, or different country.
