It's hard to make a point when you keep getting interrupted by a bunch of people who don't want to be called out on their idiocracy. Even when you are an idiot yourself.

Both sides are politicizing the whole situation. And not just on this bill.
The Dems try to pass something ridiculous and the Rep either don't like it or don't want to pass it for whatever reason....then the Dems come right back and blame the Rep yet the Dems have enough people to pass bills without 1 Rep vote...go figure.

This one looks like it was designed to do just this by the Dems. The big bad Reps....lol.

The funny part is that it looks like it's working. Repubs almost certainly saw it coming, but were too stubborn to give in and save face. I'm not sure, but I think that only like six Repubs needed to vote yes in order to pass the bill.

This why I hate both parties. The Rep's just wont come out and say exactly why. It makes no fucking sense.
If they don't like the amendments or things included in the bill, say why you didn't vote for it. But don't let the other side try to make you look like you're just rejecting things to look "evil".

I don't think things will be much better if the Rep take Congress back but at least they wont be passing things as fucking crazy as the health care bill.

                This for sure.

If it was just a bill to help those made ill for responding to 9/11 there there would be little fuss even with it being deficit spending, but it was all the Bull shit Pork spending the dems had put into the bill as well. It wasd blocked because either the R could not add their own pork.

I just find it funny that all they have to do is make these bills very simple and the Dems will pass them without rep help. But that's just the problem, the Dems just spend like crazy adding BS to every bill.
Not even all Dems voted for this.

I would love it if a Lib looked up how a Lib is defined and found out that they actually are not Libs they're socialists, statists, or communists. Oh and I hate Weiner and I mean that in 2 different ways

You're so clever for referencing a movie that makes fun of pop culture.

Some would think it shows your lack of original thought...........

How about defending Wiener and his actions?

His hysterics would get him fired at any job and did nothing for civil political discourse.

His own party didn't come up with enough votes to pass the bill, so he falsely lashed out at the GOP, who also voted against the bill due to all the extra pork piled on it by the Dems.

Are you proud of him and his behavior?

Again, these type of hysterical rants have no place in civil political discourse, let alone on the Senate floor.

Funny how the left is wetting themselves over this utterly embarrassing display.

Of course, with Rangle and Waters are both going down and soon, the left is becoming more and more unhinged by the day.

Wiener acted like a hysterical little bitch, which is basically what he is.

Try acting like that at your job and see what happens.

Why is it only politicians can act like 5 year olds throwing a temper tantrum, and why is it that some people actually condone this type of behavior?

Tell me, what was accomplished today, other than Wiener having a meltdown?

Hopefully, the voters in NY will vote this little queer out of office in November after this self-embarrassing rant.

Perhaps he should take a Midol.
