                      would rather see them cut spending enough to creat a surplus to pay off debts and save a little bit for rainy days like this last 18 months to not have to take on so much debt.

                      But yes a surplus is not a good thing either, But its FAR better than racking Up Trillions in debt right???? A surplus can be given back in the form of refunds, Debt well that costs us all even more in the long run No???
