Pork in a bill ain't nothing new. The Houston "Manned Spacecraft Center" built starting in 1963 was ALL pork! LBJ was a US Senator from Texas, after all, and wasn't about to let all that government money go to Florida. The location requirements for the new "Mission Control" were changed several times to make sure it landed smack dab in Houston.

the thing that pisses me off more about this is that it has been shoved over to the house while they are in Recess. An Madam NAN has reconvened the house for a 4-5 hours to pass this one bill.
So obviously they will not read it at all Just a push a button or call out Yay or Nay, and with no title to even give them a clue about what its about, Or supposed to be about is nucking futs.
