the water in Panama City is supposed to be ok, however where a friend lives in Gulf Port, LA she can smell the chemicals in water inland from the beach. Blue crabs are coming up with oil in them, it is bad, real bad!

All that said was it really necessary to fly down there and wander around for 27 hours???? At tax payer expense, Really could you not have looked at some one else's vacation photos or maybe had 1 of the 1000's of federal employees that are in the region e-mail photos and a fedex a bottle of water????? Come this shit is getting old with the waste full spending of tax payers dollars for useless unnecessary travel.

then why didnt mrs 0 take her 40 friends and entourage and book 90 some rooms at a resort in LA or AL for 3 days, but instead go to the south of SPAIN and stimulate that economy rather than ours here on the gulf. Or rather than go to an elitist, uppity vacation spot in ME last moth for a week, why not toss that bone to the gulf coast and stimulate that economy????
