Go on tv and tell all of us we should go to the gulf its ok they need to tourism dollars, but then take YOUR TRIPs to Maine and Spain FUCK YOU more do as I say not as I do commoners bull shit.

Theres a reason for the old saying Actions speak louder than words, and those actions followed by these actions SCREAM.

This I have to disagree on. I spent ten months in Munich, Germany last year and not once did I get the feeling Obama was viewed as a messiah, a hero, a god, or anything other than another American politician. Once he was elected, I heard exactly nothing about him or American politics while I was there.

Some Europeans probably do, but the numerous Germans, Dutch, Belgians, Brits/Scots/Welsh, Thai, Aussie, French, and Italian students and professionals I met during my stay definitely did not. They didn't have much of an opinion at all, except that they saw him more favorably than they saw Bush.

I'm not debating politics. Just giving my observation of the Europeans I lived with for ten months in 09.

At least he's trying to make it look like he understands us small people. NOT!

I'm sure he was pissed at his advisers for making him get into that water.

His job approval ratings are also taking a plunge.

Gallup: 42% job approval as of 8/16/2010

Obama is upside down in every poll just 1.5 years into his first, and hopefully only term.

He is exactly what his critics said he was pre-election: An empty suit incapable of leading, governing, creating jobs, etc...

He bamboozled a complicit media and enough voters with flowery, glowing speeches with promises of "Hope and Change" yet never gave specifics.

He told voters in California one thing, and voters in the Midwest another on several subjects.

Nonetheless, the MSM and others flocked to the polls and voted for this BS artist.

The MSM basically elected him by giving him a free pass while simultaneously destroying any of his critics such as Sarah Palin, Joe the Plumber, or anyone else who dared to ask the questions the media wouldn't.

Not only did they smear Palin, but they made the race Obama vs. Palin, not Obama vs. McCain.

At a time when our economy was at a key turning point, it was no time to put an incompetent, unproven amateur in the WH for "on the job training"

But that's exactly what happened, and we will be paying the price for years to come with not only higher taxes, but with lower wages and high unemployment.

He's had over 1.5 years to implement his agenda with a majority in Congress to back him up, but he nor his cabinet have a clue as how to create jobs or how to stimulate the economy.

                      He's not a leader. He's an excuse-maker and a finger-pointer.

If a conservative were currently in office and presided in the same manner, the media would roast him and rightfully so.

But the media elected him and they will continue to make a million and one excuses for him.

Sure, there are some in the media that are starting to turn on him, but I guarantee if he is the Dem nominee in 2012, the MSM will rally around their chosen leader and hype him up again.

Hopefully, the voting public won't be fooled again.

There's a part of me that actually want's to see Obama succeed in the hope that America would benefit, but Obama's politics and ideology are not suited for our country to succeed.

If Obama were capable of governing and creating jobs, stimulating the economy, etc..., I would be the first one to vote for him in 2012, but I know damn well it ain't gonna happen because his policies and his lack of experience simply will not create a positive economic climate in the US
