^This... except I'll answer that it doesn't matter who the driver is. This political system is so broken it's ridiculous. It works in principle, but not with a 2 party system... there have to be more choices.
Political ads should be outlawed because they are so misleading, vague, and sometimes even 100% false.
Lobbying should be outlawed because big business, religion, etc should never be allowed that close to gov't let alone possibly influence them.
Campaign spending should be capped so that there is an equal view of each party and it's candidates. A new party could never form due to lack of funding, which is a shame really.

I watched the first 37 min commercial free. I was willing to give it a hear, and decide, but after 30+ min of The Roots and John Legend, I moved on to more productive activities.
Had it been a frank, direct display with un-convoluted informative dispersal, I may have given it a shot, just like I have given Bill Maher's stand-up on cable. It totally lost me. The spoofing and disrespect to Chile was lame, and it was much too dragged out. By the time the second group of musical performers walked on stage, I went outside and went fishing.Comment
