    GE = Gov't Energy

    So GE has entered into a "strategic partnership" with China to "have over" technology so China can build there own big "commercial airliner."

    Wait, so they are a few years away from having a stealth fighter, but need GE to build a passenger plane? That seems a bit fishy doesn't it? But then......

    Immelt, former CEO of GE, is now in the White House as the Chairman on the President’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness. Interesting.....

    So GE, along with paying no income tax in 2010, because it has cleaverly moved it's income "overseas," and receiving tax payer from the bailout, it will now be selling, tin foil hat engage, military technology to the Chinese.

    This is in addition to Immelt openly wanting to get in on more gov't subsidies, GE also backs the "Carbon Tax" because it would help sales of their new "Ecomagination" windmills/solar panels/etc and backed the Healthcare Law because of their sizeable interest in producing medical devices.


    Don't you guys love that GE, one of the companies who popularized outsourcing jobs, is now even more intimately tied in with the gov't.

    And we thought only Republicans kissed ass to big business.

      Should we also point out that the same day the administration approved a GE-Comcast merger the GE CEO was appointed to his White House position. Oh and another little tid bit would be how GE restructured part of themselves into a bank to get TARP funds

        Dont forget the "Comcast-GE-MSNBC" making up the largest cable/news company in America in the hands of the Gov. Going to make for a fair and balanced reporting!

          Obama's doing a great job helping other countries with their economy...while implementing his plan here. To make the US "equal" with other countries.

            Over the whole stealth fighter thing, I think it is far more likely considering the timing that it is mostly Russian technology, considering they have been showing their new stealth fighter off recently as well.

              GE along with other large multi-nationals, stopped being a US company about a decade ago. they are multi-nationals with large revenues that are larger than a lot of countries GDP. They will go where the profits are and have no special ties to any one country. To expect otherwise is foolish.

                              I swear......politicians should be forced to wear NASCAR style jackets with the names of their "sponsors" boldly emblazoned across them. Maybe then we'd get a little more transparency.
