        I went through this same BS in the 90's in the Navy. Everyone gets their full pay but delayed for a few weeks...only the guys who blew through their paychecks every two weeks were the ones bitchin'.

            I'm not getting paid and haven't got paid in a month told them I am not flying squat till I get paid.

            Went thru this with Clinton and it was an ass pain. If your keeping my check then everyone deserves the interest that was made on it.
