And I hope some day you need the Police for a REAL crime but cant help you as they are too busy arresting someone for taking pictures,

Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

if she goes for that, astroglide up your pole, have her lay on her stomach and slip it in slowly and bury it to your balls and leave it there until she relaxes. once she is used to it slam that ass like a screen door.

I thought they, that is, the cops, were supposed to actually know the laws....you know....so they'd actually know if one was being broken.....which it wasn't.....they never could cite a statute!

If you applaud their actions, you applaud their stupidity.

Besides, the whole photography thing is bullshit. If you really want to take pictures/videos surreptitiously, no one will ever know, such is the level of extremely high quality miniature cameras...

The cops were power tripping assholes but the guy should have just shown him his ID and he probably could have avoided the whole mess. I am pretty sure that you are required to at least identify yourself to a cop or they can legally detain you.

I'll have to stand with the guy in the video on this one. Those cops knew they didn't have shit and were wasting their time, but once a cop starts that kind of shit, they just can't stop.....

If they had really thought he was a threat, they would have placed him under arrest. But they were just being dumb cops. Didn't even know the law. Had no clue.....

No....it's high time Americans who understand their rights and the responsibilities that go along with them, stand up for them and refuse to be railroaded. No pun intended!

Furthermore, if by complying you mean showing your ID; I ask: As the guy stated, he did not choose to show his ID because he was not doing anything wrong, why share your address with a stranger just because he asks you to. Or let's not even look at it as a stranger. Let's say even though they had no right to ask you for your ID you give it to them anyways, for "compliance" purposes", and now lo and behold you have a damn warrant from some traffic ticket you forgot to pay or a traffic ticket judgement you forgot to pay which becomes a capias warrant. Now, because you have chosen to "comply" with the will of some cops that don't know how to correctly carry out their job, you are being arrested.

Tell me those ego emotional cops would not have taken him in for such a warrant.

This is just the point, this is just one type of situation where you not standing for your rights and privacy cause you problems.
